On the first day of the workshop, check-in at the Biały Dom begins at 4 pm, unless otherwise arranged with the Organizer.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am on the property. Please respect the peace even outside these times.
Guests have access to free, unguarded parking behind the building. The Resort is not responsible for vehicles or any belongings left inside them.
Guests will receive a key to their room upon check-in. If a key is lost, a fee of 50 PLN will be charged.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings left on the premises.
Please bring indoor shoes, as outdoor footwear is not permitted inside. Guests are asked to enter the practice room in socks or barefoot. A locker room for shoes and outerwear is located to the right of the main entrance.
The form and schedule of workshops are the responsibility of the Organizer, who also ensures the safety of participants and compliance with the Resort’s regulations.
The Organizer is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the facility during the group’s stay. Provided yoga equipment (blankets, chairs, rollers, and blocks) must only be used in the practice room and should be returned to their designated place after use.
Due to the wooden structure and fire safety system, open flames, candles, and incense are prohibited inside. Guests are also asked not to use personal heaters or electric kettles in their rooms. Hot drinking water is available 24/7 in the dining room.
Guests are encouraged to separate waste correctly using the labeled trash bins located in the lobby near the stairs.
When it rains, please ensure that all windows, especially skylights, are closed tightly to prevent water damage.
The Resort is not responsible for disruptions beyond its control, such as power or water outages, internet interruptions, or damages caused by natural events (e.g., storms, floods, heavy snowfall).
We accommodate milk-free and gluten-free diets. Please notify the Organizer in advance and confirm arrangements with the kitchen upon arrival. We do not accommodate other dietary restrictions.
Bringing pets to the Biały Dom requires approval from the workshop Organizer, all participants, and the Hosts. A fee of 40 PLN per day applies, subject to prior arrangement and approval.
Please inform the Organizer and Resort staff if you wish to use technical equipment. The Organizer is responsible for any borrowed equipment.
